Interviewee: Zeeshan Haider

As a young musician based in Islamabad, Zeeshan Haider found the motivation to venture into producing his own music and remaking old music as a means to express his words, feelings, and sentiments in his own unique way. According to him, having control over the creative process allows him to better convey his ideas and manifest his own musical voice. Writing his own music infuses a soul into his words, and he believes that being the sole person in charge of sound, style, and creativity enables his fans to better understand his music style.

When it comes to producing his own music and remaking old music, Zeeshan prioritizes his original compositions. However, he approaches old songs with great care, recognizing their historical significance and the care with which they were originally created. While the music industry may lean towards mixing tracks, he aims to maintain the essence of classic tunes while giving them new life. He sings old songs with passion, whether they are classical tunes or contemporary music, honoring the craftsmanship behind them.

In terms of his contribution to the local music landscape in Islamabad, Zeeshan believes that original music must be distinct and unique to truly stand out. He is dedicated to following a path of originality and uniqueness in his musical journey, as he believes imitations fall short in the long run. With a strong belief in the power of his words and a unique musical style, young Zeeshan aims to make a lasting impact. He understands that creating a big hit is a gateway to success in the music industry and strives to reach those heights.

Zeeshan showcases his talent, creativity, and passion through his own music and remakes, combining personal expression with the preservation of musical heritage. Through his journey as a musician, he hopes to contribute to the vibrant music scene in Islamabad and leave a lasting impression with his original compositions and remakes.
