Islamabad: Sharaan Jawad Zafar Abbasi has been selected to represent Pakistan in the Under-8 category at the Commonwealth Chess Championship 2025, which will be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, from 8th to 17th November 2025. He is the only Pakistani player participating in this age group.
Sharaan has shown strong interest and talent in chess at a young age. His selection to the national team is a proud moment for his family and for Pakistan.
Sharaan’s family has requested prayers and support from the nation as he prepares to compete on the international stage.
