VitalWiz organized VitalWiz – SeekhnaSeekho in Islamabad aims to empower youth

VitalWiz, an emerging IT company that aims to “empower youth” of Pakistan conducted an event at the Convention Centre Islamabad on the 21st of December. The program named “VitalWiz – SeekhnaSeekho” oriented around different talks from speakers who were invited from different parts of the country. The program commenced at 10 AM with Talawat Kalam-e-Pak followed by National Anthem and a capacity crowd of over 2000 participants and guests who had gathered on the day from 100+ cities such as Karachi, Multan, Kohat, Peshawar, Azad Jammu Kashmir, Sialkot, Lahore, just to name a few. In the early speeches, the road map, the company’s mission was laid down.

The Co-Founders Col (r) Khuda Baksh, Ehtisham Khalid (CEO) and Irfan Siddiq (Chairman) spoke about what VitalWiz vowed to empower Pakistani youth in 2020. Respected foreign investors were also present on the forum. Mehtab Raja, a U.S. national spoke about his plan of bringing foreign investment in the country to fund aspiring startups and build an echo system that could potentially present VitalWiz as an emerging IT force in the private sector.

CEO VitalWiz, Ehtisham Khalid presented his agenda of facilitating the IT sector with a technology hub building that could accommodate 4000 students. He also presented the vision of co-working space, an incubator where students can be taught, mentored and startups could be nurtured so the next big startup idea could surface in the world from the motherland, Pakistan. Shabzada Sultan Ahmed Ali, Chairman – Mulsim Institute, Chief editor – Mirrat-ul-Arifeen addresses the need for understanding the Philosophy of Allama Iqbal and importance of finding yourself. Mr. Shahzad Gul , Coordinator Focal Person – Prime Minister House – Startup Program shared the vision of Digital Pakistan and acknowledge the Event Organizers for empowering and educating the youth of Pakistan.

Chief Guest, Senator Mian Ateeq gave a talk about the importance of empowering youth and how the private sector can play its huge role in potentially reducing the gap between Industry and Academia. He also pledged VitalWiz’s mission of creating jobs in the private sector and assured all necessary help to convert the concept into reality in 2020. Subject matter talks were delivered by the industry’s icons.

The speakers included Salman Baig who spoke about SEO, Imran Ali Dina who spoke about Graphic designing. Aaliyan Chaudhry talked about the importance of freelancing, Fiverr in particular and Constable Neman Ashraf inspired the audience with his story of not letting his lack of education a hurdle to pursue his dreams and making a prominent presence at Quora.

Tanveer Nandla, a prominent face in blogging space spoke to the audience about how they can start blogging.

The last talk was delivered by Hisham Sarwar, AKA – BeingGuru. A famous freelancer, a blogger who charged the audience with the vision of VitalWiz. The concept of eLearning program that would enable Skill Distance learning a reality along with Pakistan’s own Freelance marketplace was introduced.

The event was hosted by Muhammad Yousaf Saeed, a serial entrepreneur. Who engaged the audience throughout the event by summarizing the speaker’s talks and adding his own flavor to warm up the attendees. The company aims to conduct similar events in major cities of Pakistan to introduce its mission of “Empowering Youth” in the year 2020.
