Social Media; A major Hub of Digital Marketing

In this modern technological globalized  world social media has attracted a massive no of audience all across the world, In such modern landscape people are now  spending  most of their time in social media by using it for informative, entertainment and communication purpose. According to some  latest research about 60.3% people  who are active user of  internet via smartphones also some latest statistics shows that  in 2019 total number of daily youtube user increases to 30 million and approximately 1.9 billion people are monthly  spending their their time on youtube.

Now considering this fact   many large enterprises including GoPro, Sunsilk ,Redbull ,Delta Airlines, Careem ,Uber ,Coke ,Pepsi ,Huawei, Samsung  and so many other firms   have started various   social media campaigns  apart from other  digital marketing strategies like Search engine optimization (Seo),Email marketing ,Content marketing  so that they can grab  attention of audience  which are active in YouTube ,Facebook ,twitter, Instagram and other  social media websites .Some companies have started posting  promotional videos in the internet whereas some big brands like Chanel, Tommy Hilfiger ,Gucci have made their own Instagram pages for promotional purposes .In short we can say that now many business either big or small are using social media as their platform for marketing.
