ISLAMABAD: The Prime Minister’s Youth Programme (PMYP) has formally appointed Mr. Fsahat Ul Hassan as Coordinator to the Chairman, PMYP for the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) on an honorary basis, in recognition of his leadership, commitment to youth empowerment, and contributions to international youth diplomacy.
The official notification was conferred during the International Model OIC Summit Pakistan 2025 by H.E. Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan, Chairman of the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme, in the distinguished presence of H.E. Taha Ayhan, President of the Islamic Cooperation Youth Forum (ICYF), Ambassador Ataul Munim, former Director General (OIC), Ministry of Foreign Affairs Pakistan, Members of Parliament, senior government officials, diplomats, dignitaries, and youth leaders from Pakistan and OIC Member States.
Mr. Fsahat Ul Hassan currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of the Youth Advocacy Network (YAN) and Vice President (Asia) of the Islamic Cooperation Youth Forum (ICYF). His appointment reflects PMYP’s continued commitment to strengthening Pakistan’s engagement with the OIC through structured youth diplomacy, institutional collaboration, and international partnerships.
The Prime Minister’s Youth Programme expressed confidence that Mr. Fsahat’s leadership, policy experience, and international engagement will contribute significantly to advancing youth-focused cooperation, dialogue, and development initiatives within the OIC framework, while further positioning Pakistan as a proactive leader in youth diplomacy at the global level.
The appointment underscores PMYP’s broader vision of empowering young leaders to play meaningful roles in shaping international cooperation, fostering unity among OIC Member States, and advancing shared priorities in sustainable development and youth leadership.
