Pakistani Delegation at International Volunteer Forum Moscow, Russia

ISLAMABAD, Nov 2018: The final event of 2018 in Russia is the International Volunteer Forum which is going to commence from 2nd Dec to 5th Dec 2018.
The forum is looking to engage 15,000 volunteers to celebrate and cherish volunteerism for peace, harmony,and happiness. 14,500 young leaders from Russia and 500 foreign change-makers will partake in the most awaited event of the year.

Chaudhary Sarmad Shahbaz Bhutta part of The Dayspring and youngest in the group is also part of the youth delegation.

In these 500 future leaders, 17 influential personalities will represent Pakistan with their expertise. This is indeed a huge honor for the country. These 17 young stars from Pakistan will assist in bettering the Pak-Russia relationship. The names include Danyal Hayat, Sarmad Shahbaz, Shamsa Khalil, Makhdoom Shahab ud din, Madiha Neelam, Shoaib Tanveer, Aqib Javed, Furqan Khan, Ali Shan Khan, Ibrahim Khan, Ahmed Toor, Marvi Baig, Muhammad Taha, Dil Umer. Rayyan Zahid, and Mamoona Akhter. Alamgir Khan (Member of National Assembly) will also speak at the forum from Pakistan.

The programs of the forum are divided into sections. Most likely, as per recommendation, the forum will consist of business, practical and cultural sections.
On 2nd December, the delegates will visit some charity foundations, social and non-profit organizations to promote volunteerism. On 3rd-4th December the forum will be continued with the Business Program held in the VDNKh pavilions. It will include discussions, master classes given by the leading experts in civic activism and volunteering, sessions on networking and international cooperation, exposition of public communities and social initiatives, charity fair, final congresses of Russian volunteer associations.
The International Volunteer Forum will end on 5th December with a gala concert at CSKA Arena (VTB Ice Palace).

2018 was proclaimed the Year of Volunteer in the Russian Federation by President Vladimir Putin on 6th December 2017 at the gala concert dedicated to the first National Volunteer Day.The Year of Volunteer is aimed to increase the number of people involved in active social and civic life as well as to set a new pace of development of the volunteer movement
