By: Muhammad Faheem Anwar

LONDON: In a significant development for the Pak-British community, Norse Atlantic UK, a UK-based scheduled airline, has submitted a formal application to the Civil Aviation Authority and Aviation Ministry of Pakistan. The application seeks approval to operate non-stop flights as part of a joint venture with HB International Airlines (HBIA) Pakistan.

Starting early 2025, Norse Atlantic UK plans to operate four weekly non-stop flights to Islamabad from London Gatwick, Birmingham, and Manchester, انشااللہ.

The airline’s fleet features the state-of-the-art Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner, renowned for its fuel efficiency and passenger comfort. These aircraft are configured in two classes:

Premium Economy (W)

Economy Class (Y)

This initiative fulfills a long-standing demand from the Pak-British community, who have been seeking convenient and direct travel options between the UK and Pakistan for years.

This development is expected to provide much-needed convenience and strengthen ties between the two countries. Further details, including flight schedules and ticketing, will be shared in due course.
