kashmir’s my love

By: Amb. Salahuddin Choudhry

K          kinetic a jihad since very long

A          aspires every man makes spirit bubble

S          sincere is every step all moves strong

H          honour is not sold army guns double

M         myriad is the path and no miracles

I           instants after instants they face pellets

R          resilience’s armour reaches pinnacles

’S         smartly and bravely they all face bullets

M         mesmeric the valley keeps them going

Y          yeoman’s fight for freedom unstoppable

L          long yet undaunted struggle them seeking

O         onerous task of movement unshakable

V          valour they have to battle and carry

E          energy they have to make Kashmir free.
