Zong 4G collaborates for Network Expansion with ZTE

Islamabad, 21st February 2019: Pakistan’s No.1 Data Network, Zong 4G has embarked on another significant network expansion in the country through its partnership with ZTE in a bid to further solidify its position as the 4G and network leader in the country. The strategic collaboration will ensure deployment of additional cellular sites to enhance the network coverage while ensuring the provision of high speed network to Zong 4G’s customers across Pakistan.

The announcement follows the fastest site roll-out of Zong 4G in 2018, which saw the addition of more than 1600 4G sites in a timeframe of a few months to significantly strength its network and to address the ever-evolving data needs of the customers.

“Zong 4G has been committed for development of a sustainable 4G ecosystem in Pakistan. Our customers’ connectivity needs are definite priority for us. Through our network expansion, our customers will benefit directly from our advanced mobile network for a seamless 4G experience.” Said Mr. Wang Hua, Chairman and CEO, Zong 4G.

With the most widespread of more than 10,000 4G towers, Zong 4G is at the forefront data revolution in Pakistan and is enabling students, corporates and people from all walks of life to experience the digital lifestyle.
