A nation may be wealthy, but what’s more important than the actual wealth is the collective intellect and intelligence of the people who contributed towards earning that wealth. As you can see from this, wealthy nations can go to ruin if their newer generations are unable to keep pace with their forefathers and drive innovation and growth, and developing nations can boost their welfare with insightful planning and an enthusiastic youth.
Politicians and bureaucrats wind so much red tape around simple processes that they complicate them and make it impossible for progress to take place
Youth all over the world through history, has been a revolutionary force. It is the precious asset and opulence that can revive a nation going through hard time. Pakistan, our much-loved homeland; is passing through challenging times in regard to economic, social and political turmoil. We are deteriorating in agriculture and power sector, with instances of severe sufferings of the common man and the country is plagued by various social ills like corruption at the highest levels. Politicians and bureaucrats wind so much red tape around simple processes that they complicate them and make it impossible for progress to take place. There are demonstrations and strikes that affect hundreds every day. Youth, especially students have been exploited for the self interests of different pressure groups. Hence, in present time the youth has to differentiate and target the required sources to prevent the history from repeating itself and the youth of the country can use their education to battle these problems that plague their country in such a chaos, I must say there is still a huge quantum of hope along side, there is anticipation and prospects en route for accomplishment and triumph. But the responsibility is lying on the young generation’s shoulders, to build the nation and to revive the state of affairs from getting worse. The innovative ideas need to be implemented at the grass root level for sufficient and desirable outcomes.
After all People of Pakistan have been ranked as fourth amongst the most intelligent people in the world and most of its part is youth. When the youth realize the value of good governance, they ensure that they vote for the people who they believe can make a difference to the nation’s prosperity and future. They also prevent their votes from being misused by political parties who wish to win by hook or by crook.
If we educate our youth and make them go for the extra mile to effect positive change, miracles can happen.
