LONDON: In a significant development for the Pak-British community, Norse Atlantic UK, a UK-based scheduled airline, has submitted a formal application to the Civil Aviation Authority and Aviation Ministry of Pakistan. The application seeks approval to operate non-stop flights as part of a joint venture with HB International Airlines (HBIA) Pakistan.
Starting early 2025, Norse Atlantic UK plans to operate four weekly non-stop flights to Islamabad from London Gatwick, Birmingham, and Manchester, انشااللہ.
The airline’s fleet features the state-of-the-art Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner, renowned for its fuel efficiency and passenger comfort. These aircraft are configured in two classes:
• Premium Economy (W)
• Economy Class (Y)
This initiative fulfills a long-standing demand from the Pak-British community, who have been seeking convenient and direct travel options between the UK and Pakistan for years.
